This business enforces a cancellation policy + late fee policy on all services and reserves the right to charge fees for any no-shows late fees and late cancellations. Cancellations MUST be done 24 hours BEFORE the appointment time. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are 20 MINUTES LATE for your scheduled appointment. Full Service Deposits Are Required: 5-10 Minute Late Grace Period 15-20 Minute Late Fee ($20) After 20 Minutes (Considered No Show) Cancellations + No Shows are charged full service fees. These policies are enforced to provide customers with great work ethic and respect of their time and the business owners time.
