This business enforces a cancellation policy + late fee policy on all services and reserves the right to charge late fees and cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. Cancellations MUST be done 24 hours BEFORE the appointment time. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are 20 MINUTES LATE for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied. Full Service Deposits Are Required: 10 Minute Late Grace Period 10-15 Minute Late Fee (12.50) 15-20 Minute Late Fee ($25) After 20 Minutes (Considered No Show) Cancellations + No Shows are charged full service fees. These policies are enforced to provide customers with great work ethic and respect of their time and the business owners time. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full prior to your service.
